As a Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for paid media aimed at maximizing performance and return on investment for our clients. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to develop and implement effective media plans that align with campaign objectives and audience needs. Your strategic acumen will be crucial in continuously analyzing and optimizing these plans to secure the best outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for paid media, including SEA, social media ads, display ads, programmatic, affiliate, and other channels.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to gain insight into the audience, competition, and market trends.
• Create detailed media plans that support campaign objectives and ensure optimal targeting and placement of ads. 
• Present those strategies and media plans to clients and prospects in a convincing and substantiated way.
• Manage ad budgets and monitor performance to ensure campaigns stay within goals and KPIs.
• Continuously test, optimize, and improve campaigns to maximize ROI and efficiency.
• Report on campaign performance and provide insightful analysis and recommendations to clients.

YOU... 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an agency.
• Deep knowledge of various paid media channels, advertising platforms, and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data and analysis to support decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively convey complex ideas to various stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
