Are you an ambitious professional with a passion for driving growth, building strategic client relationships, and delivering exceptional results? If you have the expertise to be a strategic sparring partner for CMOs and CEOs, while leading the charge in revenue generation, we’d love to have you join us as a Growth & Business Development Manager.
Your responsibilities

Hunting and farming
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Build and manage client portfolio exceeding €1.5M, ensuring long-term profitability.
- Develop up- and cross-selling strategies tailored to client needs.
- Serve as a strategic sparring partner for CMOs (corporates) and CEOs/MDs (SMEs).

Account management and growth
- Establish deep, trust-based relationships with key clients.
- Drive the development and execution of strategic account plans.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure high conversion and quality of project delivery.
- Deliver revenue targets by aligning client goals with organizational capabilities.

Networking and visibility
- Leverage an established and extensive professional network to drive business opportunities and foster organizational growth.
- Act as the face of the organization at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences.
- Stay attuned to market trends, positioning the organization as a thought leader.
What we’re looking for

Background and experience
- Master’s degree in applied economics, business engineering, or a similar field.
- Additional senior experience in digital marketing, branding or related industries is a must
- Proven track record in account management, business development, and strategic growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage client portfolios exceeding €1.5M.
- Solid experience in both operational execution and strategic client engagement.

- Hunting and farming: Strong skills in identifying opportunities and nurturing relationships.
- Account leadership: Experience in managing and growing high-value accounts.
- Networking: Skilled in building professional networks and creating visibility.
- Collaboration: Works seamlessly with AMs, PMs, and other internal teams.
- Communication: Articulates complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Fluency in Dutch, English, and French.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals.
- Proficient in strategic account planning and financial management.
